Catherine, from Kent in the UK, sent in this great homemade lemonade recipe. Let’s take a look at it…

What did you do?

We read the book ‘Maisy Makes Lemonade’ and then decided to make our own lemonade!

To make it you will need:
4 lemons
A few spoons of caster sugar
A bowl of water
Ice cubes

Method: Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the water.
Add some sugar. Stir well. Taste it and add more if needed.
Add some ice.
Stir again. Pour into a jug and serve.

We drank lots of it! So refreshing to make and drink on a hot day.
We made our outside in the girls outdoor kitchen.

I liked the fact that it was so refreshing and you can drink it straight away.

Do you have any other projects planned?

I’d like to try soap making.
