Sarah, from Derby in the UK, shares her coconut and berry breakfast bar recipe with us. Let’s take a look…

What did you make?

I made some delicious coconut and berry breakfast bars.

Ingredients:
• 150g oats
• 50ml milk (can use any you like)
• 50g mixed berries
• 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

Method:
• Mix the oats and the milk together in a bowl
• Blend the berries until smooth
• Add the berries too the oat mixture and combine
• Spread the mixture into a microwaveable dish
• Sprinkle the coconut on top
• Let the mixture sit for a little while so the oats can soften and soak up some of the liquid
• Cook in the microwave for approximately 3 mins
• Cut into bars while hot

These yummy breakfast bars are a easy and mess free breakfast perfect for Baby led weaning or for the whole family to enjoy.
