What did you do?

This activity is super easy! All you need are some glow sticks and a bath (I bought a pack of 500 glow sticks for £4.99)! We add 15/20 glow sticks to the bath and then we turn off the light and shut the blinds. My son is almost 2 and he absolutely loves disco baths, he would stay in there all night if we let him!

It is a fantastic sensory experience for younger children and can also be really relaxing for older children! You could even make bath time educational by practicing colours and counting the glow sticks!

Be careful not to add too many glow sticks so that your child can still enjoy bath time!

How are you finding being housebound so far?

I am a nursery practitioner so we are doing lots of daily activities and games to keep us busy! We are really enjoying being at home and spending quality time together.

Do you have any tips for other parents?

Do lots of cheap, simple activities to keep your kids busy! And also get out for walks or to play in the garden as much as you can!
