What did you do?

We made a magic potion.

Materials needed:
1: Warm water in a clear glass.
2: 2/3 table spoons of oil in a cup
3: Food colors – red, green, blue, yellow
4: Spoon for mixing

Instructions:
Take 2/3 table spoons of oil in a cup. Add few drops of different food colors into the that bowl. Mix them well. Take warm water in a clear glass. Add the oil mixture with a spoon. You could see the each color getting mixed in the water slowly making it look like a magic potion.

I love the way colors get mixed into the water slowly leaving the oil on top. That looks pretty cool.

Do you have any other projects planned?

I am planning preschool math games with the stuff that are easily available at home or from the Dollar Store.

I am Padmarchana. I am a Software graduate by profession but an artist by choice. I love doing arts and crafts at home. I have 2 beautiful daughters, 11 & 4. We live in the beautiful state of Washington, where there is endless natural beauty. We go for kids friendly hikes when the weather is good and love to spend time together playing with our puppy- Coffee.

We love playing parcheesi together. My older daughter loves exploding kittens and Go fish.

Flash cards– a fun way of learning! Jump ropes, and DIY projects such as painting, crafts, and science experiments.
