Joanne, from Hampshire, sent in this great idea. Let’s take a look at it…

What did you do?

I entered a competition to thank the NHS for all they do. For this we thought about throwing them a party. We thought all parties needed to have decoration and decided to make bunting, each flag represents certain job roles within the NHS. We wanted to make it fun so decided to add some interactive flags. We have a lifting telephone receiver for all operators, tablets that can be lifted off and restuck for all pharmacy workers, a patient who gets out of bed after being treated really well, a large open mouth with working dentistry tools and more. We even made an X-ray from white paint and cotton buds. It took weeks to make and but was really fun. I am very proud!

I think it all worked really well. I wish I could have included just about everyone!

Tell the Housebound With Kids community a bit about yourself…
