What did you make?

Oats are a healthy option for toddlers, but Sparsh doesn’t like it, so today I served him oats pancake, he likes pancake a lot, so I took the advantage of that and he liked it very much and finished all. I mixed oats with all purpose flour. Here is the recipe may be this will help you also.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom

Method:

️Powered 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats. Make fine powder. 

️Now take a large bowl, and add powdered oats, all purpose flour and milk, mix it’s well add egg, sugar, salt and cardamom, again Mix it well, Now add baking soda and keep aside for 10 minutes. 

️Take a pan grease it and heat it. 

️Pour ¼ cup of batter, cook until it is done now flip the pancake and cook. 

️Hot serve with fruits, yogurt and maple syrup.

This Pancake recipe is healthy and quick one also.
