What did you make?

We made raspberry waffles. They are dairy free, egg free ⁣and nut free. You can⁣ freeze them for up to 3 months.⁣

Ingredients:⁣
1 cup plain flour ⁣
2 tsp baking powder⁣
2 medium bananas ⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plant milk ⁣
1 tbs oil⁣
handful chopped raspberries (fresh or frozen)⁣

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl mix together the 1 plain flour and the baking powder. ⁣
2. Add the bananas, plant milk and vanilla extract to a blender and whizz until smooth⁣
3. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix everything together. ⁣⁣
4. Stir in the oil and mix again.⁣⁣
5. Add some about a handful of raspberries (crush if not frozen).⁣⁣
6. Spray some non stick onto a waffle mould and then pour in the mixture.⁣⁣
7. place in oven for 20 mins and 180c. Take care when releasing from mould as it will be very hot!⁣
