Mrs L, from Wales, shares her Biscoff fudge recipe with us. Let’s take a look at it…

Ingredients:

1 tin of condensed milk,
400g white chocolate,
100g of Biscoff spread
15 crushed Biscoff biscuits.

Method:

Warm the condensed milk on a low heat and add the white chocolate. Keep stirring and moving to and from the heat. This ensures it doesn’t burn but stays warm enough to melt the chocolate. (This can also be done in a microwaveable bowl in the microwave. Just cook in 30sec increments until the chocolate is fully melted).

Once the chocolate is melted stir in a big dollop of Biscoff spread. Around 100-150g should do.

When it’s all combined and smooth stir in the crushed biscuits. Make them as fine or as chunky as you like.

Pour into a lined tray or dish and refrigerate.

This fudge is delicious and so moreish. You can also substitute Oreos for the Biscoff Biscuits and omit the Biscoff spread for an absolutely delicious Oreo fudge. Both keep well in an airtight container.

Tell the Housebound With Kids community a bit about yourself…

How are you finding being housebound so far?

It’s hard work trying to divide time between the 3 especially as the younger two are so reliant on me. However, I think I’ll miss all of the family time when school starts again in September.

Do you have any tips for other parents?

Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to keep busy 24-7. You may be at home but you and your children can still get worn out and tired.

Has this website and community helped you?

It’s full of fun ideas that can be as big or as small as you want them to be. There’s plenty to choose from.
