Stephen, from Bristol,  made a pallet wood play house. Let’s take a look at it…

What did you do?

I used 4 full pallets, 1 for the floor, 3 walls.
Strip off the wood and rearrange on the bases so there are no gaps, leaving space for windows.
Simple baton A-frame for the roof with plywood/OSB board on top.
Shingle finish on the roof, cut pallet wood into rectangles, start at the bottom and work your way up, overlapping each 1 by 4 inches, make sure your joins dont match up and it will be water tight

Using reclaimed pallets meant I didn’t pay a penny for materials, but lots of driving round the streets looking for the place you remember seeing a pallet!! Car manufacturers get their parts delivered on pallets which turned out to be the best place to find them!
